What do I receive and in what format?
How long does it take to receive my order?
All services are delivered within 48 to 72 hours of purchase. Each reading is created individually and with full attention: never templated, always personal. You will hear from me shortly after your purchase to gather the details needed to begin.
What information do I need to provide?
Your date of birth, exact time of birth and place of birth are essential — particularly the time of birth, which is fundamental to the accuracy of your chart and the depth of the reading. After purchase, I will reach out personally to collect these details before beginning your order. If you are unsure of your birth time, don't hesitate to mention it, as we can discuss the best way to proceed.
What languages do you work in?
Sessions and documents can be available in English, Portuguese and Italian. Simply let me know your preference when we are in touch after your purchase.
