Astrocartography: Unlocking The Secrets of Astrology To Find Your Perfect Travel Or Relocation Destination

Let’s start straight, dear astrolover: what if your cosmic DNA could inform your geographical destiny?

Today, we're exploring my favourite astrology topic: astrocartography, a unique technique that helps you identify locations with strong energy connections specific to you, including even past-life ties.

Are you looking for a city break to have the best time of your life? It can help you decide your next destination. Or are you seriously considering relocating to step up your career ladder? It can also spot the town where you will likely receive much more attention for your work. You can even track where to go with your partner to rekindle that missing spark. And the list goes long!

Using the power of angularity, I draw on the valuable information in your birth chart to unfold the places aligned with your soul journey in this lifetime. In other words, where you have a better chance to thrive.

Having relocated in my early 20s, I greatly value travel. My Sagittarius Moon brings a refreshing contrast to my overwhelming watery signs, as I have a Sun in Scorpio and a Rising in Cancer (h-e-l-p!). It's no surprise that the confines of my homeland weren’t enough for my free-spirited nature.

When I moved to London years ago, I didn't yet have the deep relationship with astrology that I do today. As my commitment to this ancient wisdom grew, I understood why this British city played a significant role in my life and even why I was “pushed” to live here. London started to influence my life 10 years before I moved.

In summary, I never ended up here by chance. And I realised all this, thanks to astrocartography, as I pulled my birth chart and crossed my angles (Ascendant, Descendant, Midheaven, Imum Coeli) onto the world map, and guess what? One of my most essential angles, the Midheaven, crosses the United Kingdom!

It is also another way the universe says, “Your soul has plans in this place; there is purpose here”.

I have also been immensely attracted to Seattle since I was a child, and it’s just recently that I found out that my Jupiter/Ascendant line crosses Seattle and many cities in the Washington area, my favourite American state! It all rang a bell!

Jupiter/Ascendant is one of the best lines to find fulfilment and enjoy light-hearted moments, so visiting those cities can improve your self-esteem. You can relax and spend days fostering great relationships, meeting friendly people, and enjoying all the pleasures life has to offer. It's those locations where you're happy without a real motive. No wonder my recent trip to the city brought me immense joy in different ways!

Astrocartography can provide additional insights as well. For example, it is not always that I am in Seattle (I wish!), so I bring the Pacific Northwest to my day-to-day in London, which immediately uplifts my spirits, be it playing my favourite bands from this area or even supporting local brands from there, like Handmade La Conner, which specialises in shower baths, and Good & Well Supply Co., which focuses on handmade candles with national park scents. Every time I do this, I feel overjoyed, connected to the city and emotionally fulfilled.

As you can see, and this is the most fascinating thing for me, we don't always need to be physically in a location to reap the benefits of that place's energy.

Using another example, if you have your Jupiter/Midheaven line in France, which might indicate career success, but don’t consider relocating, you should apply for jobs with French companies. This could lead to increased visibility and greater career growth for you.

Let me bring you a funny example.

If we use Hollywood as an instance, New York is likely where Carrie Bradshaw, from Sex and the City, has her Venus/Descendant line, as it's where she experienced love and the most important relationships of her life!

And possibly her Jupiter/MC line crosses there, too, as she progressed immensely in her career, working for Vogue, publishing a book, getting married, and changing her status in society's eyes.

Remember also that 2004 movie Before Sunset? Venus was likely strongly influencing Jesse and Celine in Vienna, an important place for them to form long-term romantic connections, considering what they then developed!

Occasionally, we also encounter uncomfortable situations during a city break and often wonder why we experience unexpected triggers when travelling to a new country. Using this fantastic resource, you can begin to assess and predict the areas of ease and difficulty wherever you go.

It's important to remember that these experiences are purposeful. Perhaps, at this point in your life, the universe is urging you to confront hidden emotions, and certain places may be more effective in facilitating this process than others.

After all, astrocartography reminds us that not every journey should be a sunset vacation; some places and people are meant to challenge us and force us to grow. But no matter how brutal or beautiful the voyage, its lessons were laid out when you were born. You just have to know where to look.
